          The purpose of this video is show some sympathy for helpless pets and to encourage viewers to donate money. However, the video doesn't show much seriousness because the guy in the video shows us another scenario that is "seemingly" important. What makes this overall work ironic is how they chose helpless pets in reference with pokemon pets and how each suffer from their "masters." Another obvious humor in this is the title itself, "The Pokemon Relief Fund." The maker of this video mostly concentrated on the pokemon instead of the pets themselves. However, presenting this idea for gamers is to also allow them to think about the real animals that we can interact with. If we care about the pets in pokemon and how much we love them then we should do the same for the animals in reality. If they were to go out and express their feelings to anybody then that will be pointless. When we give ideas, competitions, and etc to the public, we mainly focus on our target that will benefit us. Also, the point of this video and other videos doing the same exact job is to have viewers give out emotions and to express their own opinions about the topic.
